SET ME FREE is an ongoing initiative to raise the funds needed to purchase sanitary products for girls living in Kimana, Kenya. Without proper sanitary products, girls are forced to stay home from school, and other activities during their cycles. They must also resort to ineffective and unsanitary methods, which often lead to infections. Many girls in the region are survivors of FGM, which causes heavy-flowing cycles. Therefore, it is vital that they have access to proper, sanitary products.
