Bourbon & Blues Event
10% Proceeds Donated to Tusk Arts Center
On Saturday, February 26th from 6:00 - 8:30 pm, join us at Thompson Savannah for the Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey Tasting & Bottle Signing! Who's signing those bottles, you ask?
None other than the first Black woman Master Blender in the United States. That's right, 5th-generation Green descendant and the award-winning Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey Master Blender herself, Victoria Eady Butler, is making her first professional jaunt down to Savannah for Bourbon & Blues!
Her and her family's remarkable story, including their relationship with Jack Daniels, has been covered by the likes of Food & Wine Magazine and The New York Times. This event is a chance to be a part of the legacy - guests will enjoy an interview and Q&A. And of course, vendors, music, and food!
Grab your discounted, pre-sale tickets for the event by clicking HERE.
10% of all ticket sales will go to support Tusk Arts Center, a non-profit founded by local Savannah filmmaker, Caroline Josey Karoki. The Center empowers communities through the Arts, providing arts skills to disadvantaged youth and producing nonfiction films that allow underserved populations to share and highlight their own communities.
We can’t wait to see you all there. CHEERS!
